Fellow cheese addicted animal loving friends, I understand your struggle, which is why I give you this: in honor of artisan cheeses and in honor of all the animal moms residing on our small family farms, here’s a slideshow of what is surely the ultimate cheese guide for animal lovers, starting with our dairies in the West.
